Valik Raujlac, known as the Priest, was once the All-Father's greatest Scholar. However, he turned against him after learning his betrayal against Evermourne, and his decision to release the titans among the mortal Realm. From there, Raujlac and his 'brother', Rasa, gave themselves to the Satanian Lord, Drakan, in exchange for the power to banish the titans from the Realm. Once the power was granted, Raujlac and Rasa dispersed the titans from existence, and became Guards of the Satanis. Raujlac, however, took it a step further to secure his own plain in the Satanis, calling it the Realm of the Nether Dark. Raujlac used this Plain to let Rasa stage an Army of Darkness for him to use as he saw fit, while Raujlac ruled over the plain and kept it safe from Drakan's clutches.
In Necrotheism, Raujlac is known as the Grand Priest, and the Protector of the Nether Dark, or Heaven. When in excitement, or Joyful moment, one might cry out 'Praise Raujlac', so it may pay tribute to him in their time of happiness.
