Note, this is all a Work in Progress, I'll be making changes to it as I see fit, or if Matt, you would like to put word into it.
Basically the rundown is this. I feel we are below our capability if we only create another Basic NanoSuit, 1 and 2 before it. So I desided to scrap the entire plan of just fine tuning the system, and revitalizing it with a complete makeover with better technology and capability.

Nano-Based Bio-Mechanical Muscular/Skeletal Support Suit [Based Designs from NanoSuit 2]
- ^ works with plate receptors to increase motorfunction and flexibility, along with speed, strenght, agility, and overall functionality. Interacts with Body's Neurological System via Nerve Pings and a Neurol Connection Via Spine and Brain Stem to Operate off of the Body's own Functions, thus making it a 'second skin' in a sense.

Bio-Function Layer [Bio-Gel Like Substance, but reformed by Ereban Standards for futher Operation Functionality
- ^ Consists of Organic and BioNite Cells to Create a Synthetic Suspention of High Density Protective Gel absorbing any impact that may come from projectiles. Has a boiling point beyond plasma Weapon's-Normal Capabilities Unless in Mass Quantities. Supports wearer's own Bone Structure, working in snyc with the N-BB-MMSSS to provide functionality with protection.

*Lacerations: Gel uses Organic and Synthetic Platlet Tissue to seal the wound, while treating it with mild stimulants to ease any pain associated with it.
**Broken Bones: Gel Counteracts by keeping an applied, and increased amount of pressure to keep the bone structure intact, even if bone is fractured. The suit will keep the increased pressure applied until removed, or bone has healed 95%.
***Blunt Force Trauma: Gel Provides a Cold-Warm Solution to treat Trauma from breaking concentration of the wearer. Suit applies a Cold, below 0oC Tempurature, along with natural stimulation medications, to the site of trauma to prevent inflation and discomfort, then applies a Hot Solution to the site, relaxing muscle tissue and treating the trauma site.
****Bullet Penetration: Suit Applies a Mild Sugrical Procedure Protocol, using the BioNite Systems to infiltrate the wound, the BioNites release stimulations into the local nerve system easing pain associated with the injury. The gel then applies a push-pull mechanic inside the wound, removing the bullet from the site and removing it from the layer at the point of entry. Suit then releases local BioNites to reconnect tissue and seal off the wound, as associated with the Laceration Protocol.
*****Burns: Gel applies Cold-Method on the burn, numbing the local site, along with numbing agents to advert attention from pain. Gel increases its density around the site, to decrease any friction that may adjitate the site. BioNites layer themselves above the site to replace the damaged skin as a synthetic layer.
******Breach in the Gel System: Gel Solidifies to prevent leaking. Gel continues to apply its normal rate of pressure otherwise.
Thermal-ILNW Mesh System [Thermal, Skin Tight Mesh System to add protection, while keeping the body under a state of cool atmospheric conditions. The Suit collects the Moisture, purifies it of sodium, and puts it back into the body via Drinking Spout provided (Might replace stystem with DFirect IV to put hydration directly back into the body.)]
Technical Specs:
Computing Interface Is infused the N-BB-MMSSS. Central Mainframe is located in the back, along the spine, along with specific functions located along the brain stem.
Each nanocell is a self-aware interface, reacting in sync towards a specific duty with other cells, bound by protocol so it will not malfunction in a process.
The System is governed by a Basic VI Interface, able to output specific commands in fractions of a micro second.

Keep Armor plating.
Create an Outer layer of the suit with a Titanium Carbide Bio-Nite, a Synthetic Nanite composed of Organic and Non-organic compounds to suppose basic and advanced motor functions, providing the wearer with increase combat efficiancy, along with encasing the wearer in a durable, long lasting combat outfiting. We form the Bionites into hexagons, and allow the to connect over the surface of the suit, providing a barrier like structure. We connect them by providing them with claw-like renditions, one on each side of the shape (6 total). These claws would be joined and allowed to function in 270 Degrees, thus allowing complete enhanced motor functions and flexibility of the suit.
If something were to impact, say a bullet, the local impact zone of bio-nites would respond in hardening the outside of the surface, while increasing the fluid-like bounds of the suit, and curving inward to absorb impact. The claws would basically pull themselves closer into the suit, while the bio-nites outside of the local zone exstend, sending the shockwave over the armor
Thus decreasing the lethality of the projectile.
The space inbetween said Bionites, where the claws connect to each layer is filled with organic lubrication, specifically Bio-Gel, which provides a air-tight seal around the suit, and provides a safe environment for the wearer. Each Bionite is provided with a small rubber seal in the internal side, where the claws and bio-synthetic compounds are located, to provide complete seal so no gel can escape. The gel is made up of compounds at which can treat any known injury one can receive while wearing the suit. Use the list above to get specific treatment layouts, for they run off of the same protocols.
Computing Software and Hardware associated will be provided through a New Under-Suit Called a DataSkin. DataSkin provides a skin tight suit housing a computer interfacing system, basically a motherboard laced into fabric, specifically a Thermal-ILNW Mesh System, to provide housing for the Combat Systems, HUD, and Suit Interface. This allows the wearer to be provided with the usual under armor system, while keeping hardware and softward safe within the comfines of the suit. The Hardware is mostly placed on the back, around the spine and brain stem. This system allows the computer to infterface directly between the wearer and the suit to provide cleaner reactions and better motor functions and skills. Around the front are basic medically monitoring profiles, such as a EKG System, monitering heart rate, blood pressure, tempurature and other basic medical profiles.
To protect the system from moister, a common problem with sweating, the Thermal-ILNW Mesh System has been outfited with a microfiber layer that touches the skin, instead of the hardware. The fibers absorb the sweat, and the system dispurses it into the suit, which either can dispose of it through vents, or if hiding from heat signatures displace it into the bioNite layer until it either can be vented or the system reaches compacity, at which it needs to be vented or the BioNite seals may break.
Basic aspects of the DataSkin work off of Lasor based Technological communications, redusing heat being created from standard hardwired computing systems. This also increases the speed of processing data and information. A Combat VI is outfitted to work when BattleNet and TeraNet Systems are offline, to provide the wearer with the same combat effectiveness, without needing a Extranet connection. Otherwise, a full DAEDALUS Suite is provided to house any and all BattleNet Functions. All hardwear is protected from being damaged by being lased into the fibers of the mesh system.
There are approximately 50,000,000 Layers of Bio-Nites, exacting out in 1.968503937007874 Inches of Armor plating Bio-Nites, which is the maximum length between the DataSkin and the outer layer of the suit, protecting the wearer for even the most brutal of Small arms weapons.
REVISION 3.1.1:
VI Suite is replaced with a Flash-Clone Suite of DAEDALUS. Flash-Clone is basically a stand in model for an offline connection. The latest Version of DAEDALUS' prgramming is installed into the DAEDALUS Suite and allows DAEDALUS To create a Flash clone of himself incase he is unable to attend to the Soldier, or a connection is lost or cannot be established. This keeps a full battlefield effectiveness with a DAEDALUS Battle-Interface, which increases soldier proficcancy in combat.
Active System Modes:
Armor Mode: In Armor Mode, the Bio-Nite Layers react by creating a dense wall of CTi, by closing the space together, retracting their claws and demanding their protocol only allow for movement between 0 and 80 Degrees, instead of the full 270 free-movemnt. The top layers of BioGel are also nearly-solidified to provide a more solid and impact resistant suit. Over all, this system allows for unsurpassed protection, with the obvious trade-off mobility. Also adding to the increased armor protection is the suit is given mangentic pulses to provide a insurance towards the hardening of the outter layers.
Stealth Mode: In Stealth Mode, we laced the CTi layers with a relfective base chemical on the surface of the suit, which when the system dynamically scans the surrounding area and feed it onto the suit skin in full depth, it cloaks the wearer, in addition to suppressing any sounds made by wearer movement by liquifying the BioGel layer to absorb vibrations of sound and movement, also increasing weight displacement to provide less tracking ability towards enemies. Weight Displacement is 4lbs:1lbs when Stealth is Activiated. This mode is defined towards full increased mobility.
Passive System Modes:
Power Mode: Power Mode provides unsurpassed Speed, agility, and Strength. It does this by providing adrinaline boosts and calls the Muscle tissues in the Bio-Nites to come into an active state, to provide proformance projections farther than any Necron can provide by normal standards. The Muscle Tissues respond throught the system via a wireless nueral network, connecting to the DataSkin. The DataSkin then provides feedback towards the system's needed output by monitering the heart rate and adrenal glands to tell the suit what kind of situation the wearer is in. Depending on the needs, the suit can allow specific powers to be agmented, while others stay offline, so the needed agementations can have a bigger boost in proformance.
Radar Systems: The Radar Systems in the NS3 can be considered the most lethal to stealth systems. It comes with a full Radar Suite, providing Motion Sensors detecting vibrations from the ground and ambient air. Sound detectors provide sound amplifing systems, allowing the wearer to focus on a single sound. Sonar Systems provide a fill in the gap where Motion Systems fail to detect systems. Radiation Sensors are provided as well to protect the wearer encase they are operating in a hazardous zone. They also include Filter scans to detect airbourne ambient contaminates such as chemical or biological hazards. Along with the Radar suite comes a variety of Visual Aids: Night Vision, Thermal Vision, Motion [Vibrio] Vision, Electro Magnetic Field Vision, and Sonar Vision. The HUD system also provides IFF, outlining bodies in colors provided- Blue: Necron, Green: Friendly/Ally, White: Neutral/Civilian, Yellow: Unknown, Red: Hostile/Enemy.
Suit Additions-
Joint Braces: Joint Braces have been added to provided support to joint locations such as the wrist, elbows, knees, etc to allow absuive use without damaging or weaing joints. The joints have been plated with Neutronium Alloy to povide a solid surface of protection, and have been reenforced with Bio-Gel to allow the joints a smoother impact and softer surface to work with.
Respirator: The Suit now has a fully functioning Respirator system able to provide protection from ambient air contaminates, such as radiation, biological agents, or chemical agents, expanding the operators mission capabilities.

REVISION 3.1.2:
The NS3 Suit now features a Flight Suit System that allows gliding and free-fall from orbital drops, without the use of a parachute. The system works by utilizing extra layers on the outer suit to provide a bridge inbetween the underarms, and legs to give a larger surface area, that allows the wearer to glide to his/her intended target, without the user of a parachute. The system is completely 100% controlable.
NS3 LITE [Build 1.1{3.1}]:
NS# LITE Operates off the same Basic Principles as the NS3 Original, however, the NS3 LITE uses only 5,000,000 Layers, as opposed to the 50,000,000 Layers of the original sized suit.
The NS3 Was deisgned to be worn by Special Operations units that wanted to blend in with civilian populations, but also want a highly advanced armor system to protect them. The NS3 Provides Full, Real-Time Cloaking that, instead of making the wearer invisible, changes to a pre-set color tone, such as a skin tone to mask the fact the wearer has a suit on. This allows the wearer the put normal clothing, or standard ACU's on, without wearing bulky armor systems, or having a full NS3 Suit.
The Cloaking device operates 100% of the time, but only uses 25% of the power compacity at any given time. This allows for 75% of the power compacity to be used for an armor mode, or to increase the power mode's concumption to allow for greater proformance, or, if need be, activate a full cloak for stealth operations.
When in armor mod, the suit's generative cloak will become slightly fuzzy. This action is caused when the armor plating becomes less reactive to movement, and clusters together to increase density, thus causing the images projected by the bio-nites to overlap, and finally, thus causing the projected image to become blurry.
The projections suggest this armor system is willing to withstand a few shots from a battle-rifle. When the suit is impacted, however, the area of impact will shut down it's cloaking systems to absorb the impact so it does not damage the cloaking system. The system will reboot and restart in a matter of seconds afterward.
