A SCAR Operations Center is an Elite Group of Strategic Councilors, Combat Coordinators, and Intelligence Ciphers that work as a group to achieve the common goal of guiding their COVOP Team's toward success. Each OPSCEN is devised of around thirty or so Coordinators, each with a specific task of contributing to the overall Mission Objective.
The following is a List of OPSCEN Staff -
Operations Director: Heads the Operations Center as the Highest Ranking Officer. All Units working with a specific OPSCEN will report to the specific Op Director before anyone else. The Operations Director is also the only one individual who is authorized to directly communicate with a Official outside of OPSCEN.
Chief of Intelligence: Heads the Intelligence Crew in an OPSCEN, and is also the hand picker for filling seats in the Intelligence Crew.
Chief of Strategic Development: Heads Mission Briefings and plans them out, being a veteran tactician and with the support of the SD Crew, there isn't any obstacle they can't overcome.
Chief of Support: Heads finding assets for assisting in COVOP Operations, such as gather a crew of pilots for transportation and such.
Communications Officer: Officer in charge of the Communications Relaying Team that keeps signals between OPSCEN and other sources.
Radar Officer: Officer in charge of Radar Systems Team, which overwatch specific areas or COVOP's Teams for feedback on enemy positions, vehicles, or craft.
Intelligence Officer: Officer In charge of gathering, sorting, and organizing specific Intelligence with a Intel Team.
Combat Support Officer: Officer in charge of gathering all Team's Data and mapping it out for use in briefings or in-mission updates to provide accurate and fast information to COVOP Teams so they can be aware of what is happening around them and with the mission, as well as specific points of interest or use of cover in a firefight.
